North Little Rock A & P offers tax remittance installment plans during COVID-19

5.13.20 Update: North Little Rock A & P permit holders may now select multiple taxable periods on one application. All applications must be emailed to Robin Powell or postmarked by May 29, 2020.

The North Little Rock Advertising & Promotion (A & P) Commission recognizes the hardships our lodging and food service partners are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Though the Commission cannot legally waive the obligation to remit A&P prepared food or lodging taxes, we want to assist. We are offering permit holders tax remittance installment plans for the months of February 2020 through July 2020, during which late charges and other fees will be waived.

To take advantage of this option, permit holders need to take the following steps:

  1. Complete the monthly North Little Rock A & P Tax Remittance form by the taxable month’s normal due date, regardless of whether you are applying for deferment or include payment.
  2. Complete the North Little Rock A & P Tax Deferment Application. It is very important that the contact information on the application is correct and the individual has the authority to sign the application and the installment plan agreement.
  3. Email the completed application to Robin Powell at or mail to: North Little Rock A & P Commission, Attention: Accounting Department, PO Box 5511, 72119. The application must be received by April 30, 2020, for February 2020 remittances, or by the due date of any other month that you are requesting relief.
  4. Once the application and monthly A&P tax remittance form are received, we will contact you to set up the installment plan.
