The North Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau, the marketing and promotion arm of the North Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission, has hired Jill Thiel Lockard as Operations Coordinator.
“Jill’s experience and knowledge of the administrative side of the hospitality industry will be a valuable resource to our team,” said Karen Trevino, President & CEO of the North Little Rock CVB.
Lockard will provide support to the Vice President of Operations by assisting North Little Rock foodservice and lodging businesses with the North Little Rock Advertising & Promotion (A & P) permit application process and A & P tax remittances.
Lockard’s experience includes 13 years as Director of Membership Services & Special Events for the Arkansas Hospitality Association and 10 years as General Manager of Anglers White River Resort in Mountain View, Arkansas. She earned her Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) designation from Northeast Institute in Villanova, Pennsylvania, in 2017 and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Business Administration from Ozarka College in Melbourne, Arkansas, in 2000.
